Hydraulic pump test stand with three circuit test capability.

The test stand is 7ft W x 5ft x 5ft D with full size work sink, instrument and control panel. Each component mounted in the panels is identified by a name plate. The stand includes a bi-directional 100HP, c-face end bell 440 VAC motor with starters and controls. A common 80-100 gallon hydraulic reservoir is used by all circuits. The 100 HP motor is intended to drive a test pump. The test pump will draw fluid from the reservoir, servo and charge pressure up to 500 PSI can be controlled using a separate pump motor with relief and throttling valve. Test pump output is back loaded with a 1? back pressure relief valve, test pump output flow is read on 1 of 2 analog flowmeters. A case drain flowmeter .5-5 GPM is also used. The 0-5000 PSI, 0-10 GPM, 20 HP pump motor circuit is used to supply pilot pressure or simply cycle cylinders via the closed center manual 4 way valve. This is an open style stand build from a combination of factory new and factory overhauled components. The work sink is stainless steel the frame steel.
